I came to Zehnder after my studies through an internship as a Technical Draftsperson, and have been with the company ever since. I am able to deepen my technical knowledge, have many educational opportunities, and enjoy a high degree of self-determination.
I especially enjoy working on projects in product development. I am able to develop my knowledge as a technical specialist, perfecting my knowledge almost every day. Although I've been with the company for over a decade, there is still so much to learn. It is very motivating that everyone shares their knowledge and supports one another. This company culture carries us and the company further.

'I have attempted to develop myself as a manager, but at the moment it is not something that truly fits me. That's why I am further developing myself as a technical specialist. Perhaps I will think differently and will want to take on more responsibility over personnel in 10 or 20 years. I am confident that Zehnder will give me that opportunity.'
'For me, sustainability means a product is long-lasting and isn't to be thrown away. In order to be more resource efficient in the future, I would build even more components into products that can be easily replaced if the product needs repairs. Additionally, it simply makes sense to use environmentally friendly and recycled materials.'
